Fenugreek and Me

Started taking Fenugreek yesterday to increase my milk supply. If Wee One wasn't busy going clockwise through my office pulling everything down, I'd tell you about it.

Seriously, he started at one side of the room and as I've moved things, he just keeps moving around the room looking for things. He's also begun that wonderful stage of separation anxiety. I wasn't sure until today. I also didn't know it would affect his sleep. HOLY SHIT! I went from having this perfect sleeper to He Who Won't Stop Screaming From His Crib overnight. Sigh.

Gotta go, CD's are toppling....

Aww... I can only imagine what it's like to try and subdue a screaming child. One day I'll know, God willing, but...not just yet. ;)

I imagine the sound would be akin to what fingernails would feel like being torn apart?

::shudder::

:P

Jesting aside, I'm sure Wee One compensates for those moments with countless way-too-adorable ones. :)

His screaming is akin to this: Imagine you're having a conversation with your boy...and everytime you start to speak, an alarm goes off...and when the alarm stops, you try again... and then it goes off again... and then you speak louder, trying to go OVER the sound of the alarm the next time it starts... and instead of an alarm, you get an AIRHORN... and then you just say "Fuck it! I don't even feel like talking anymore" - it's THAT kind of frustrating. Exhaustive frustration. BUT, yes, he is the biggest joy in my life and I laugh because of him every single day. So, you know, somewhere it balances.
